Our Fighting Fit class is intended for those who want to build their fitness with additional fight-specific training. Most students in this class want to improve their kumite skills, but all students are welcome.

Our traditional karate class is the fundamental class for our club. In this class you learn all the fundamentals of Kyokushin Karate, starting at white belt and working your way up through the ranks.
