The Traditional Karate class is our cornerstone class for all students.

This is the most formal of our classes, covering all aspects of Kyokushin Karate and catering to all skill levels, from absolute beginner to black belt.

New students and those taking a trial class may wear suitable exercise clothing.

Existing students are expected to wear a clean and tidy dogi.

Anyone attending is expected to respect all etiquette and come prepared to train.  Students will be given a packet with expectations made clear.

Make sure you bring a water bottle!
